1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 5l77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service available at 5l77.app and its associated mobile web experience. 2. Definitions

  • "Player" — any natural person aged 21 or above who has registered a valid account on 5l77 and is accessing or using the Platform's services.
  • "Account" — the individual registered account associated with a Player's verified credentials, through which they access the Platform, manage funds, and participate in games.
  • "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, deposit match, or other incentive awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements and applicable bonus terms.
  • "Funds" — real-money balances held within a Player's account, comprising deposited amounts and any confirmed withdrawal-eligible winnings, excluding bonus balances not yet subject to completed wagering requirements.
  • "Prohibited Conduct" — any activity by a Player that violates the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of software exploits, or multiple account registration.

3. Eligibility

To register and use 5l77, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your account:

  1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time and failure to provide it will result in account suspension pending verification.
  2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another individual or legal entity is not permitted.
  3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
  4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 5l77 or any affiliated company or game provider.
  5. You must register using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. 5l77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point.

5l77 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

4. Account Registration & Security

When registering an account on 5l77, the following conditions apply:

  • Each Player is limited to one registered account. Opening additional accounts, whether under a different name, mobile number, payment method, or device, constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
  • All activity on your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 5l77 immediately at [email protected].
  • 5l77 staff will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
  • 5l77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it reasonably suspects to be operated in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement, pending investigation.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing any withdrawal request. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe will suspend withdrawal processing.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules govern all financial transactions on the 5l77 platform:

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
  • Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 5l77 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. 5l77 does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on the account.
  • 5l77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. This may include requesting identity documents or source-of-funds documentation.
  • Funds deposited on 5l77 are intended for gambling purposes only. 5l77 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player's payment provider.

5l77 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that raises reasonable suspicion of money laundering or fraud will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

5l77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
  • Bonuses are valid only for the period stated in the applicable promotion. Unused bonus funds or free spins that have not been activated within the validity period will expire automatically.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will be treated as abuse of the bonus system.
  • 5l77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
  • Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded game types may result in the bonus being voided.

5l77 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting game mechanics to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, collusion between Players to satisfy bonus conditions, or misrepresenting eligibility. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and associated winnings forfeited.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

5l77 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by 5l77's published guidelines.
  • Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, share bonus funds, or circumvent the Platform's wagering requirements through coordinated play.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, identity verification, or payment processing.
  • Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings derived from exploited errors are not valid and will be voided.
  • Registering or operating more than one account on 5l77, whether simultaneously or sequentially, with or without the use of different personal details or payment methods.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the Platform as a vehicle for the movement of funds derived from illegal activities, or depositing funds that are subject to any criminal investigation.

5l77 uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection may occur at any time, including retrospectively. 5l77's determination regarding prohibited conduct is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in Section 12.

8. Responsible Gaming

5l77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players stay in control of their gambling activity. All Players are encouraged to make use of the following self-regulation features available within their account settings:

  • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
  • Session time limits: Players may configure time reminders or session limits to manage the duration of individual gambling sessions.
  • Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5l77 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, relating to the Platform and its services. Without limiting the foregoing, 5l77 does not accept liability for:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, whether or not 5l77 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical failures that result in disruption to your gaming session, provided that 5l77 will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
  • Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from your sharing of login information with third parties.
  • Any decision, determination, or outcome made in good faith by 5l77 in the application of these Terms & Conditions, including decisions relating to bonus eligibility, account suspension, or withdrawal processing.

Nothing in this Agreement limits 5l77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. The limitations set out in this section apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law and do not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer.

11. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting 5l77 at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to closure.

5l77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account with immediate effect if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform. In such cases, any funds associated with the account may be withheld pending investigation.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 5l77 relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting 5l77 at [email protected].

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's rights pending arbitration.

13. Amendments to These Terms

5l77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 5l77 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 11.
